im gonna be checking into kr tmr.
an event that marks the start of school life. i cant believe its really happening.

looking forward to seeing yini and jiahui and the other kr ppl. im bringing in a luggage bag. and a pillow. and a comforter. and my floorball stick. we are gonna be playing floorball for fun =) i think im gonna look super retarded tmr with my extremely big luggage bag.

stayed over at kims house ytd. we went crazy taking videos of our cello and piano duets. and watched princess mononoke! its really nice! kims fridge is full of expired food. her family is really weird they love buying loads of food (stuff that will disappear within a day if they were in my house) and leave it there for weeks and weeks until they expire. weird.

oh and bx, kim and i were talking about orientation camps and how some camp selection processes are very shady and kim went, "oh so all the smart but ugly people wil have no friends cause they cant go for orientation camps" in a very matter of factly tone. bx and i were so shocked hahaha. its KIM. she just says such stuff without realising what shes really saying.

went out with the classmates for pizza and shopping at forever 21! awesomeness. although i didnt buy anything. there were two tops that i really really really liked but i think if i buy anymore clothes my mum will kill me.

was out with abby on tue. and we were just totally emo-ing. we realised that we have no friends. as in, the people that we can really count on we can count with two hands and a feet. how sad is that. anyway, abby and i want boyfriends who have brothers. or hot cousins. so that she can marry one of the brothers/cousins and i can marry the other brother/cousin then we can have the same mother in law and be related. hahahahaha. so rubbish.

thank god my schedule is so packed this week. im looking forward to getting my bolster =)

stupid stupid stupid medical checkup at raffles.
they never tell me need to fast. so i need to go back again tmr to do blood and urine test. WTH.
i was there at 11. i waited until 3 to get a glimpse of the doc.
i nearly wanted to scream already.
but dinner@clementi made up for it =)

anyway im checking into kr on the 24th!

so school is really like. STARTING.
siannnnnnn. im really gonna go out every day until then.
come visit me in hall! =)
then right after that kr orientation week starts. then after that is arts o week. then its school. SCHOOL.
i can plan my week into a three day week. how cool is that. (which defeats the purpose of hall actually)
i am gonna take psycho, socio, eng, eng lit and new media for first sem. =)

so here it is. august is really coming. and just 7 months ago it seemed so far away. half of 2009 has gone.

i dont really know what to make of it. just that it has been a very eventful year. things didnt exactly turn out the way i wanted them to, but somehow, everything kinda fell into place in the end.

doing the moe internship.
getting into carnegie mellon. was dying to go there.
not getting the overseas scholarship. felt like everything was falling apart.
still getting a teaching award. studying at nus. doing what i want to do if i studied locally.
getting into KR. yini and jiahui getting in too. getting into the camps that i wanted to go for.
and actually being excited about the modules that im gonna take =)
so in terms of my potential academic life, seems to be going great so far.

my social life has been a breeze.
catching up with nj and st nicks friends.
and pri sch friends. basically people from different parts of my life =)
going out almost every day. doing lots of stuff. going for lots of concerts, exhibitions, fashion shows and plays. eating lots too.
went out with him. and then you.
it wasnt exactly supposed to turn out that way. but im glad it did.
you make everything seem like a fairytale =)

so 2009 has been a great year so far.
i hope it just gets better.

although i wish to stop time right now.
i really do.






or maybe to rewind it to june.
i loved the month of june.








but since i cant, i am sort of looking forward to life in KR. with jiahui and yini and new friends. and to life in NUS. doing the modules that i like. doing the things that i like. and spending time with ppl like nat and fangyu in fass =)

this is so boring.

this is another whiny post about my boring life. because there really issnt anything to blog about and there issnt much else to do other than blog. haha.

considering that i have been going out almost every single day for the past 6 months. and i have never been at home more than 2 consecutive days, this is like. omgggggggggggggg. somebody save meeeeee.

okay fine. luckily you brought me 5 dvds and 3 books!! yayy. my saviour muacks.

im even missing some moe ta meet up session. how sadd. and of course union camp which i was looking forward to.

im gonna make up for this sucky week by going out every single day next week.

im supposed to be quarantined for 7 days.
help me think of things to do im bored already.
sports camp was cut short.
there are currently 6 cases of h1n1 from sports camp. there should be more. maybe i have it too.
my roommate has it. and to think just a week ago at bintan we were saying h1n1 had no impact on our lives at all.

anyway sports camp was fun played a lot of sports basically. haha. did night cycling as well. hardly any sleep at all. i think the only bad point of the camp was that we had not enough rest so everyone fell ill by the end of the camp. like wed night we only slept for 1 plus hours. the night before around 4 hours? yeaa.

cant go for union camp cause of this quarantine thing. siannnnnnnnnn.
